DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?

This is a very common question from many clients.  physio180 is designed to offer one-on-one care that exceeds expectations by understanding your current problem, your goals and setting a plan for success.  physio180 provides care in the comfort of your own home, office or gym that includes hands-on treatment and exercise.  To provide this service physio180 is out-of-network with all insurance providers.  However, we work with clients who hold all major insurance plans.  We can provide an invoice, called a super bill, at the end of your treatment that you can submit to your insurance company.

CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH AN INVOICE FOR OUT-OF-NETWORK SERVICES?

physio180 is able to provide an invoice or superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider.  It is highly recommended that you consult with your insurance provider first to understand their reimbursement guidelines for out-of-network services.  Please note: The super bill does not guarantee reimbursement.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

physio180 offers a fully mobile operation that can provide services in your home or office.  This allows you to have treatments in the comfort of your own space.  We provide services within the Lakeway and Austin areas and can make accommodations for appointments outside of this area on a case by case basis.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

As of September 1, 2019 physio180 is able to offer 15 business days of treatment prior to needing a referral.  Wellness services do not require a referral.

WHO CAN PROVIDE A REFERRAL?

A referral can be made by a physician, dentist, chiropractor, podiatrist, physician assistant or advanced nurse practitioner.  And a prior condition which your physician has seen you for may provide an opportunity for treatment without getting a new referral.  During the consultation we can discuss if this is an option.
